• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect user information without consent
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization

User Accounts

Account Security

If you create an account on our Platform:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and functionality
• Design, layout, and compilation
• Trademarks and service marks

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Derivative works or modifications
• Download or copy content (except for caching)
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar tools

User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to our Platform:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional purposes
• You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights
• You agree not to post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

Booking and Payments

Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full booking amount
• Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction

Disclaimers

Platform Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Platform, but we do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available at all times
• Access will be uninterrupted or error-free

"As Is" Basis

Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sol Casa de Goa shall not be liable for:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Platform
• Your booking or stay at the property

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Displaying a notice on the Platform
• Sending an email to registered users (when applicable)

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time
• Remove or disable any content or bookings
• Cancel your account without prior notice

Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other guests
• Non-payment or chargebacks
• Providing false information

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes amicably. We are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and promptly.

General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sol Casa de Goa regarding your use of the Platform.
